Thanks for your reply. but i had tried the same scenario but still I am getting the same error again. I have tried the same on different laptop/desktop but same issue. Is there is any way to restore it ?

Jul 28, 2015 10:04 AM in response to MSingh86by KiltedTim,Was it jailbroken? Was the computer you're using ever used to jailbreak or attempt to jailbreak an iOS device? Are you letting iTunes download the correct file or are you attempting to download an .ipsw file from somewhere directly?

All this problem started when my iphone got disabled and I connected to itunes to restore the device. Now when I am going to restore it ,getting the error message 3194. It has even installed ios 7.1.4 but while restoring it comes in halfway of restoring and then message pops up of 3194 error.
please suggest
