Q: 10.10.4 Updates available but already installed

osx 10.10.4 Mac mini (Late 2012) 16 Gb Ram

The App Store is telling me that I need to "install and restart" to update to 10.10.4, but my overview lists the installed version as 10.10.4

Also IDK if this is related, but I am having terrible time with Creative Cloud updates as well. See:https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1507936
