Q: Unable to restore

When trying to restore getting "The iTunes Library.itl file is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have write permission for this file." What should I do?

Might be a permissions issue. Try this user tip > Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows | Apple Support Communities

Thanks for the quick response, but I have a Mac I have tried editing the "sharing & Permissions" under info but that has not worked
