Q: Question on creating a book in new photo app

I just wanted to confirm that when a hardcover book is ordered through project/create a book that the cover photo is printed onto the actual book itself along with the dust cover?  I am trying to confirm as I want the photo to still be there if the dust cover is damaged or removed later on.  Thanks in advance for the help
