Q: app not working

Team,

 

I purchased game pad companion for 480 Rupees and it didn't work on my new gampad. I tried purchasing Joystick Show for 60 rupees, and that too didn't work. I don't understand why MAC store doesn't have free app to test and then buy. Can you please refund both the money you charged for not working app.

 

I use Quantum gamepad.

If the money has been taken, you would have received an electronic receipt.   On that receipt will be an invitation to report a problem ...   Report these as your problems and ask for the refunds.   Have you checked your purchase list?
