To address the connection issues:
- On your iPhone, check that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both turned on.
- Check that your Apple Watch is not in Airplane mode:
- Restart your Apple Watch:
- If necessary, unpair your Apple Watch and then pair your watch and iPhone again, choosing to restore your Apple Watch from backup when prompted (if you have previously had it paired):
