there are no official bootcamp drivers from apple yet so the answer is maybe

No, a bootcamp installation of Windows 10 will not work properly. AMD hasn't released drivers for Windows 10 for the AMD FirePro cards that are in the Mac Pro.

You won't be able to do any video tasks properly and any secondary monitors connected via Thunderbolt won't be detected.

That is exactly my experience. No second monitor.
FirePro graphic cards had always underperform in windows for some reason :-)
May be it is time for AMD to write descent windows drivers for that cards.
