Q: I sign into www.icloud.com but can´t view my contacts, messages etc? My iPhone has a hardware issue and doesn´t work any more so I wanted to check my back up on iCloud?

Can I check out my data on icloud.com?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. I already followed the procedure as indicated in your reference but still can´t see any of my icloud info even when I click upon one of the apps such as contacts and so on.

Hi AZ666,

If you're not seeing any of the content on iCloud.com, then you either might not be signed in with the same Apple ID that's on your iOS device, or your iOS device does not have iCloud enabled.
