Jul 31, 2015 6:18 AM in response to AppViewby turingtest2,I doubt that any of them do. I don't know, but I suspect that Apple Pay is not intended for use with pre-paid cards. Either way Apple Pay is currently only available in the US and the UK. You'd need an account with an institution offering the service, which generally means you need to be resident in the country, though not necessarily a citizen of it.

Since both Credit Cards and Debit are explicit mentioned, and pre-paid cards are not, I would assume they are not taken.
It is, as TT states, only available in the US and the UK. Actual citizenship is not required, however.
