    You have a phone that was replaced by Apple and not returned to them as required by the customer, or that was stolen in transit or from Apple Stock.

     

    Apple will not service that device under any circumstances. There is no warranty and Apple will not provide out of warranty service for it.

     

    You bought a stolen phone.
