Aug 1, 2015 5:53 AM in response to robertmurerby turingtest2,Have you looked for them in the Home Videos section of your library? If there you can use Get Info > Options tab to change the media kind to Movie.

Aug 1, 2015 6:06 AM in response to turingtest2by robertmurer, thanks @turingtest2, but there is no "Home Videos" section in my library, I only have the sections "My Movies" - "Unwatched" - "Playlists" - "iTunes Store". I am using last iTunes version 12.2.1.16

Aug 1, 2015 7:13 AM in response to robertmurerby turingtest2,Try Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows.
That section should appear if there is anything that has been successfully added that is treated as a Home Video. If you put a movie file in the Automatically Add to iTunes folder is it added to the library or moved to a Not Added folder?
If it went into Not Added and you have a 64-bit system uninstall iTunes and supporting components, then install the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release and QuickTime then try again.
See also Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. for further advice. Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery tips should they be needed.
