Aug 1, 2015 8:17 AM in response to kanteldenkerby dnh1969,I am having this problem too. I have tried 6 times and it always quits when it gets to upload. I wish someone would have an answer to this problem because I am trying to get a book finished to give to someone for a gift. I've tried everything I can think of and my iphoto version is updated. It's driving me crazy!!!

Re: I can't purchase a photo book in the mac app Photos
I've found, that iCloud Keychain solves the problem for some (including me).
For some reason (maybe from updates) I was no longer logged into iCloud Keychain. And I don't know why that is nessesary for Photos. ANd it most certainly is not a very helpful error text.

Aug 1, 2015 9:16 AM in response to dnh1969by Old Toad,Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try ordering from there. While in Safe Mode but before ordering the book create a preview PDF file of the book according to this Apple Document, Preview a print project in Photos, iPhoto, or Aperture to avoid issues - Apple Support, and check for missing photos, text, incorrect fonts, etc.. Save the pdf file to compare with the printed copy when it arrives.
