Where are you trying to 'register' your iBook computer?

While I have a few older model Apple computers, I don't have

a need to register them to function, in general; they just work.

You will have to be more exacting in a description of what you are

trying to do and why you are trying to do it. Is this to register software

or to gain access to some web site, or some third-party service online?

Some online items require current or supported browsers, and old ones

aren't able to function for certain services online. With old G3/G4 iBook

computers, in Tiger 10.4.11 or Leopard 10.5.8, about the only supported

web browser is TenFourFox for PowerPC (not Intel-mac) from here:

http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/ choose based on PPC CPU.

Any other odd errors with vintage hardware may indicate a failure

of some circuit or worn hard disk drive, cable, or other parts...

Sorry to not be able to answer your question, since there isn't enough info given.

    Good luck & happy computing!
