I you are familiar with using the command line options run the installer from the command line (as administrator). It would be interesting to see if you have the same error message ->
"msiexec /i C:\temp\icloud64.msi /l* C:\temp\iCloud64.log" (no quotes) also l = lower case l its hard to read I know.
