Q: I keep getting a blank screen in the App Store app

• Apps such as Little Snitch, Growl, and MacKeeper, can prevent access to content at the App Store

• Disable anti virus software if installed

• Check the firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Options

• Make sure Gatekeeper is enabled

Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.

Make sure either Mac App Store or Mac App Store and identified developers is selected.

If that area is grayed out, click the padlock icon to proceed.

I have been having this same issue on my iPhone 5 today too

Same problem... hoped 8.4.1 update would fix ... nope ... no one else with this issue?? hard to believe ..... BLANK SCREEN with App Store App on all but the update tab, IPHONE (not computer!)

Having the same issue since a couple of days ago on my iphone5 with iOS 9.2.1.

Opening the App Store shows "Cannot Connect to App Store", all tabs are blank except Updates. Updating apps works fine, but nothing else does.

Here are a few things to try.

Restarting you iOS device.

Try updating your device if you are not on iOS 9.2.1

Try force quitting the apps you have open on the background. (Double tap home button and swipe upwards)

Make sure you are connected to wifi or cellular connection.

Try signing out and back into the iTunes & App store in settings>iTunes & App Store.

If does not help, back up & restore device to factory settings.

Then restore from your back up.
