iPhone

Q: iPod nano 6th gen says its corrupt

When I connect my iPod nano to my windows laptop, iTunes says it is corrupted. So I restore it, but it keeps saying it is corrupt and tells me to restore it. I have done this but it doesn't work. If I connect it to a mac then it does not say it is corrupted.

Try these steps:
Restart your computer.
Sign out and back in to your account.
Reinstall iTunes on your Windows laptop. Before installing a fresh version, disable the antivirus software.
