According to this support document 'Trust This Computer' alert on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support if you selected Do Not Trust, you should be seeing this Trust dialog box each time you attempt to do something with the phone. You can try following steps there. I'm not a Mac user, so the best I can do is provide you with the Apple documentation.
