Before you ask Apple for a refund, check whether the charge you have seen is:
- an authorisation hold: payment card authorization holds
- a delayed charge, for pre-ordered content: pre-ordered content
- a subscription renewal: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
- a Family Sharing purchase: Family Sharing - Apple Support
