We assume that the AirPort Express is set up and operating normally on your network, correct?

Before we begin to try to troubleshoot things.......even if the HP 1050 is able to connect to the AirPort Express......you need to understand that only the printing function will work.

Any other features like fax, copy, scan, maintenance, etc will not be supported. You will still need to connect the HP directly to your computer for those services.

Are you OK with that?  If yes, we need to know what operating system you are using on your Mac. If you are not sure, click the Apple icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then click About This Mac and post back with the OS X Version number that you see there.

I have not used Windows 10, but have to wonder whether or not things will work in a new operating system like this.

Apple has not introduced any new software for Windows in well over 3 years, so about all that you can do is try things to see if they might work.

If you have not already done so, you will need to download and install Bonjour Print Services for Windows v2.0.2

Once you have it installed, run Bonjour to see if it can "find" your printer and set things up.  Either things will work, or they won't.  The Windows Firewall always seems to try to block some new applications from being installed or running, so that might be something that you want to keep an eye on.

If things work, then that is great. If they don't, I would not fool with spending more time on trying to get things to work.....because they won't.

For iCloud support, your best bet would be to start a new post in the iCloud Support Forum linked below.  Again, there may not be many users who have Windows 10 installed, so help may come slow.
