Aug 6, 2015 6:57 AM in response to xpbt23lby Grant Bennet-Alder,Some services may use two or more ports. It is recommend that once you've found an instance of a product in this list, search on the name (Command-F) and then repeat (Command-G) to locate all occurrences of the product. For example, VPN service may use up to four different ports: 500, 1701, 1723, and 4500.

Aug 13, 2015 12:09 PM in response to xpbt23lby xpbt23l,Even with ports (500,1701,1723,4500) added VPN works only half the time. L2TP error still occurs after so many hours. If I log into the ASUS router remotely and refresh it (for example - hitting "apply" on any of the screens), VPN works again. Am I missing a setting somewhere out side of port forwarding?
