Q: * Bootcamp & Windows 10

Having recently bought a new 12" MacBook, we want to install Windows 10 in a dual boot with Mac OS X using Bootcamp set up.

I went into Bootcamp and started following the procedure and immediately noticed we could only install Windows using "Windows 8 or later".

Now, the problem is that I did, or do, have Windows 8 but it's the "Upgrade" DVD and I used that on my previous MacBook Pro to install Windows 10 so, according to Microsoft, you can only use your reserved FREE Windows 10 Upgrade on one (1) device so, I don't think I can use that disk again to install and activate Windows 10 to a different device?

If that rules me out from using the Windows 8 upgrade disk to upgrade to Windows 10 on our new MacBook, then I have a valid Windows 7 disk with valid product key which qualifies me to install Windows 10 on the MacBook but, Bootcamp set up only allows "Windows 8 or later" so, is it actually possible to use the Windows 7 disk to install Windows on the MacBook and then upgrade to Windows 10?

Perhaps some of the more experienced user's can help or advise me on this issue?

MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
