Q: Not able to purchase my new calendar

I am trying to purchase my annual calendar through Photos. I run 10.10.4. I switched from iPhoto during the year and never had a problem with previous years' orders through iPhoto.

now it says that My Zip code needs updating.

I live in Canada not the US.

we have postal codes.

previous shipments on products have been made to this address.

I have tried manipulating the address in contacts to no avail.

never had a problem before.

Anyone know how I can correct this?

(I have updated Keychain, as per comment in this section. still does not work)

Thanks for any suggestions

Too bad... Well, the rest of my suggestion is to contact Support. As I said: they want to sell, so they will do everything they can to help you out.

had the same problem, spend 60 min on phone with apple support....went through all settings problems...everything was correct...

tray this...go back to calendar, click buy calendar, add shipping address, add all info again, click ok, ignore sagest address, enter...done, if your problem is the same as my , now you are able to continue with your purchase.

    good luck

well. I have  no idea what happened but I entered my contact address all over again as a new contact.

a drop box came up showing an incomplete address and said "ignore suggestions" and I did and it worked.!!!!!

This is completely illogical.  However I appreciate your comments and suggestion and you doing the spade work.

Apple has a real programming problem here and we should keep this  "solution" for everyone who has the same problem.

    thanks everyone who responded.

    these forums work

SOrry it should be " ignore suggested".....it looks like photos does not taking full address from apple account...that why it has to be entered again. Apple senior help desk assistant try to persuade me that it is a setup problem.....well I never had set up problem with iPhoto before. Hope thay will fix it soon.

no. I agree with you. it is NOT a set up problem. it is a programming error that did not exist in iPhoto.

Apple support should not try and gloss over their problems.......but they do.

    thanks again.

    you saved the day

Glad to hear this issue has been solved and that you report it here. This way, other people facing the same problem might be helped. I'll definitely look into my setup before ordering through Photos. I did do a test (without actually buying) yesterday, and I did not have to switch languages (as I was told to do with iPhoto): all forms appeared in English.
