Q: iTunes Store crashing my computer (Windows 8.1)

I've just installed iTunes on Windows 8.1 and now iTunes Store makes the whole computer freeze. I have to press the power button to switch the computer off because Ctrl Alt Delete doesn't work.

If you are having an issue with your computer becoming unresponsive when you try to access the iTunes Store, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - Fix unexpected quits or launch issues in iTunes for Windows.

Thanks Brett. Today the Software Updater got me to install the very latest version (12.2.2.25) and that cured the problem on its own.
