It sounds like it might be an issue with your phone's date and time. Check to make sure General > Date & Time has Set Automatically set to On. If it is on, toggle it off and on again. Try sending and receiving some messages again. If still shows the wrong time for your messages, following the steps in this article might be helpful:

Aug 12, 2015 5:46 AM in response to Ellebaszyby xQuade,The main cause of this problem is because your time zone is not working properly. Go to General > date and time > set automatically and choose on. After that your time zone will buff and eventually it won't find your time zone.
This will help you. Turn on your locations and try to look again in your time zone. This should fill in the right time zone. If it doesn't, try to connect to any wifi while the location is on and try to look again to your time zone.
