    Hi

    Eric

Iphones/ ipads that have the same Apple ID

Will get all the same things on them because they are tied together

Apple ID s are not ment to be shared

Each person needs there own Apple ID

To stop getting call on both iPhones

Go to settings FaceTime turn off cellular data .

    Cheers

    Brian (Sheffield)

AT moment ive turned off FaceTime on all effected devices but the call logs still are shared on each device. See all the phones are mine or were mine at some point. Ive tried to setup a new apple ID on them but I get greeted with ' this device has used its free ID ' and will not let me make a new one. When i go on my Mac and make an ID via iTunes or Apple.com the email of my wife keeps getting reported as being used it in use , so I ask forgot password which then says no email exists on our systems.

WHere do i go from there ?

In Facetime Settings, tap the Apple ID,  and Sign out of Facetime, and then sign back in. This usually refreshes settings, and may make the iPhone Cellular Calls option appear.

As to the apple Id, you can always get another free email to use for the Apple ID.  Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail all offer free email accounts.

I have tried this solution and do not have the cellular option showing up, either.  I am working with iPhone 6s and 5s, ios 9.3

Any further advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

The option has since been moved out of Facetime settings. You can find it in Settings->Phone->Calls on Other Devices.

You can turn off "Allow Calls on Other Devices" completely or select which devices you want to allow calls on and which you don't.
