I see that you are looking to edit your payment information for iCloud. I have an article with some information to you pertaining to this question:
View or change your Apple ID payment information
When you upgrade your iCloud storage plan, the upgrade will be billed to the Apple ID that you use with iCloud. If you use Family Sharing and you use the same Apple ID in iCloud and iTunes, the upgrade will be billed to your family organizer.
Use the steps below to view or change your account information, such as your credit card number, billing address, and more.
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID, and tap View Apple ID. Then tap Payment Information, and update your account. You might need to enter your Apple ID password.
If you use different Apple IDs in iTunes and iCloud, you might need to sign in with your other Apple ID in iTunes.
Mac
If there's an issue with your payment information when you try to upgrade or downgrade in OS X Yosemite, you'll be asked to update your payment information. You can also update your payment method in the iTunes Store.
If you're using OS X Mavericks or earlier, you can use the steps below or update your payment method in the iTunes Store:
- Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud.
- Click Manage in the lower-right corner.
- Click View Account.
- Enter the Apple ID password for your account, click View Account, then choose Edit next to Payment Information.
PC
- Open iCloud for Windows.
- Click Storage if you're using iCloud for Windows.
- Click View Account.
- Enter the Apple ID password for your account, click View Account, then follow the instructions.
