So iTunes won't open after having it import all appropriate media files. Does it give any error message, hang or quit?

Aug 13, 2015 1:37 PM in response to erniefrom durhamby erniefrom durham,It appears iPod nano and iTunes are working ok now on Windows 7 platform. I totally removed iTunes as well as its related components from the control panel per instruction doc received from apple support. iTunes was downloaded and reinstalled and as mentioned earlier, it appears to be working ok. During the process, I ran windows update troubleshooter software, so I am not sure what fixed the problem. I have my fingers crossed.
