Aug 12, 2015 6:23 AM in response to rhodrisionby SergZak,Between now and the time you can get the device repaired as mentioned by Demo, you can use Assistive Touch which floats a virtual button on-screen which can mimic all hardware buttons on the device:
Settings>General>Accessibility>AssistiveTouch: turn ON
Using this, your Home button will be on-screen and accessible through the Assistive Touch panel.
More info: Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Note that you do NOT need to toggle the Assistive Touch panel as described at the link above using the triple-click Home button command. Once you turn it on, it will stay on and displayed on the screen. The triple-click Home command is simply a a shortcut to toggle Assistive Touch on/off. If your Home button is bad and very hard to operate, this is something you likely will not want to be doing.
I personally use the Assitive Touch panel even though my home button is fully operational. The Home button is the most used button on the iPad and I use the Assistive Touch panel to avoid wear and tear on it. It may take some getting used to but once you do, it kind of feels odd using the actual Home button as frequently as it's supposed to be used.
