Q: itunes match and turn on genius greyed out
Hey everyone:
Just signed up for itunes match, Worked great the 1st night and now a nightmare. Here is the info:
-Computer running with Windows 7
-latest version of itunes 12.2.1
-under the itunes drop down menu, Itunes Match and Turn on Genius are both greyed out
Under general preferences I have checked "iCloud Music Library" (saw that in another post; did not solve the problem)
In the itunes store it gives me the option to "add this computer" when you click on itunes match. When I do, I enter my ID/password. Nothing happens.
I authorize this computer, I enter id/password, then nothing happens.
If I go back to itunes store and hit imatch, it asks again if I want to add this computer. Same if I go back to authorize this computer.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
