Q: Apple support in Dubai

Dear Sir,

It is a complain, i visited your authorised Apple support in Dubai, COMPUTER DIRECT ACCESS LLC 2.9 km OFFICE LAND BUILDING 3, SHELKH RASHID ROAD, KARAMA DUBAI +971 4 335 9800 for checking the available solutions for my crashed screen iPhone 6 plus, and i get the below:

1- the Price of the iPhone replacement exceeds the value shown on your website three times more ( ~AED1500).

2-Their dealing with Apple customers is very very bad, as i asked to meet any guy from the technical support, to help me for assuring that i have all my contacts on my iCloud before giving them the crashed phone that would be replaced.

- the guy came after long time.

-his attitude was very bad with me, and he gave me wrong advise and he left without checking any thing with me, and after i deleted all my iCloud emails (as per his advice), i called him again and he said "what to do to you?, the problem was not solved, it is your business, i'll not help you". I told him i tried many times, and i came here to get an advice/consultant from Apple Authorised company, the guy looked impolitely and left without even responding to me.

(My request to him was to help me get space on my cloud to assure that all my contacts are uploaded)

I felt very bad from his attitude, and i left without doing anything.

Please, help me to solve my problem in a polite and fair way of payment.
