Q: Can I back up a windows to time capsule ?

I have a macbook and a windows that I use for school, but I would like to know if I could back up both computers

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), boot camp

    No, Time Capsules back up OSX only.

    No. Only OS X on a Time Capsule.

    You can backup both computers to a time capsule.

     

    To Windows TC is just an ordinary network drive.. you will need a backup software that supports network drives.. home version windows backup does not.

     

    Lots of free ones that do.. Macrium Reflect backs up to Time Capsule.. I am not sure why the other guys are saying it doesn't.

     

    Time Machine is Apple only software.. but that has nothing to do with backup to a TC.
