Q: can you please help me from where i can get back my lost data? (it is about clash of clans)

hi... i didn't use my iphone for like a year and now i reconnected to my apple id but i really want one app back with all my savings. i don't find it using the game center nor in my computer...can you please help me from where i can get back my lost data? (it is about clash of clans)
