My understanding here is that you have music in iTunes on your Windows computer that plays fine there, but when your attempt to play the same music on your iPhone after it has been synced the sound quality is not so good. Is this correct?
I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article if you are playing the music through the iPhone's speaker - If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker.
If instead you are playing through a headset, either the one that came with the iPhone or a 3rd party headset, use the steps in this article - If your headset isn't working.
