This error comes up when the router tries to email the log file. If Outlook is used, the error Send STARTTLS Command is shown. Another device on the network is able to send log files through iCloud server settings but the router itself can't seem to be able to. I believes the router is using port 25 to send the email and perhaps iCloud communicates back without the AUTH because it is not using 587. I can't tell iCloud to change and the router won't let me forward port 25. There is another ISP provided cable modem/router in between the Netgear router and the internet. However, this device is in bridge mode. Does anyone have any advice or insight into what is going on here?
