Aug 13, 2015 6:30 PM in response to anniegwritesby AJ397,I don't believe Apple offers financial assistance. However, it may be worth checking with your local association for the blind and visually impaired if this is going to be used as an assistive technology device. In terms of training, Apple does offer in-store workshops. The workshops vary by store and time. I remember hearing that one would be happening at my local store on vision, I think when iOS 7 came out. I am on the East Coast and don't currently see any vision workshops right now, but checking around some other states I did see some. So check it your local location. You could also look at doing a personal set up at an Apple store. The user guide is also pretty good about explaining how voiceOver works and the gestures. You can always ask specific questions on here as well. -AJ
