Q: I have an Ipod 2.2.1, whe I try to update it I get a message indicating that an unknow error ocurred (-1), how can i fix this?

I have an Ipod version 2.2.1, I did not used use for a while, when I am trying to update it , I receceive a message of unknown error (-1). How can I fix this and make it usable again?

iPod touch, iOS 8.4, Version 2.2.1

Error (-1)
Try on another computer
Also see:
iOS: If you can't back up or restore from a backup in iTunes
Then see:
-1 error
-1 error too
If still problem that means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
