Q: Installed Windows10. When I open Outlook and click on an iCloud folder I get an error message stating the it can't find Message that it can't find the APLZOD64.dll file.  I looked and I have a APLZOD32.dll file but no 64.  How do I get that file?

    Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

     

    From your post I understand you're having an issue with iCloud on your Windows PC after installing Windows 10.  Currently iCloud for Windows does not support Windows 10.

     

    PC

    • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, or 8.1. Windows 10 currently isn't supported with iCloud for Windows. 
    • iCloud for Windows 4.1
    • iTunes 12 or later
    • Outlook 2007 or later2
    • Internet Explorer 10 or later, Firefox 22 or later, or Google Chrome 28 or later (desktop mode only)

    System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support

     

    Make sure to check for updates periodically for iCloud for Windows.

     

    If you want to update iCloud for Windows

    To check for updates to all your Apple software, open Apple Software Update on your PC. Apple Software Update checks for updates automatically after you open it, and you can choose which updates to install.
