Q: how can i make an appointment at the genius bar. the support page will not give me this option.

Also try this website: https://getsupport.apple.com/Reservation.action?retail=Y  You will have to sign into a Apple ID to schedule the appointment. I hope this helps.

I would call the Apple Store nearest to you and make it over the phone....  

Here's how:

1. Go to: www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar
2. Select: “Get help now”
3. Select device
4. Select: “Service Requests & Troubleshooting”
5. Select: area
   1. If you select: “The topic is not listed”
   2. A new screen will appear
   3. Enter description
   4. Hit “Continue”
6. If you want to go directly to make a reservation, hit “No thanks. Continue.”
7. Select “Visit the Genius Bar”

Congratulations!

You can also download the Apple Store app in the App Store and make an appointment in the app.

This is crazy!  I am so disappointed with Apple these days.  They totally blew it on the Apple Music thing.  They seem to be making things unnecessarily complicated.  More steps, less quality!  Very sad

Thank you for this suggestion. It worked! Why are they no longer allowing you to easily make a reservation at an apple store? Also the next available appointment is in SIX days.
