Q: Updating from 8.3 to 8.4.1 problems

Hi, I have 8.3 on my iPad 4. Tried to update on what turned out to be day 8.4.1 was released. The little icon just spins and spins. I don't get an error message. It's now 2 days later and that's still happening. Is this just because the update server is busy? Or some new crazy weird problem with my iPad?  It keeps giving me problems and it's less than a year old. I'm wondering if I have a hardware problem. (Including because in settings it says the total space in my iCloud account is 1 gigabyte when it's actually 5. And behaves like it's 5.)

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings then try updating your iPad.

If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Try updating again.

iCloud availalbe storage space is not the same as the storage space you paid for.

Settings > iCloud > Storage. That will show you Total Storage vs Available. Total Storage is what you paid for.

    Unlikely it's a hardware issue.
