Q: itunes has an invalid signature. download removed - Eh

Am trying to update itunes 12.2.1.16 to 12.2.2. I go through itunes 'check fo updates' it finds 12.2.2, starts to download it for about 3 minutes. Then it gives error message 'itunes has an invalid signature. download removed. It then does exactly that and no update.

What can I do?

Reboot your router. Clear your browser's cache. Try again. See the Further information area of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for direct download links and review the rest of the tip for further advice.
