Q: How to solve error 4013

the iphone 4s stuck in itunes logo and when I try to restore it itunes give error 4013 and the iphone go back to connect to itunes logo, I tryied to do what apple say but I cant solve my problem, I change the USB cable and tryied in every usb ports, I update itunes and deativated the antivirus, I enter DFU mode but when itunes extract the software and itunes say waiting for the device it take a time and the progress bar in the iphone don't do nothing and restart. What can I do now? Please help!

Hey mmiranda991,

It sounds like you've done a pretty good job of isolating out most of the steps for getting your iPhone restored. Despite this, you're still seeing error 4013 when trying to restore. Fortunately there are still a couple additional options available to you.

Restore your device on another computer.
If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device, contact Apple for support.
