Q: Latest iTunes Update

I've just installed the latest update to iTunes (12.2.2.25 64 bit) on my laptop (OS Windows 8.1). At best iTunes doesn't work at all, in that it opens but then doesn't respond to anything. At worst it opens, plays one track then stops, and causes my pc to cease responding to any input.

Anyone else got this problem, and any solutions?

Howdy there Peterlg,

If I understand correctly you open iTunes and either it is completely unresponsive, or it will play a song and m make your computer as a whole stop responding. I would recommend that you take a look at the troubleshooting in the following article about this kind of an issue, named:
