Q: My sound wont work with earbuds or headphones

About 2 Hours ago I bought a new iPhone 5s, I got home and charged it, now that I want to listen to a song I put my earbuds in and it doesnt work!! it works for 2 seconds and then it lags and just stops.. The normal sound works but the earbuds dont and I have tried 3 different pairs now. Please help I also have to hold the earbuds down in a very weird way for them to work for 2 seconds.. I hope anyone can help.

Hello ItzYadira,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the headphones are not playing sound. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
