Aug 18, 2015 12:41 PM in response to jathorpeby Eric Root,★HelpfulGo to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Library/Internet Plugins.
You should also have a System Preference panel if it is installed.
Try un-installing and then re-installing.

Aug 18, 2015 4:43 PM in response to Eric Rootby jathorpe,Thanks Eric, but it appears I had a program to block unnecessary advertisements which created an extension that prevented me from viewing web embedded videos. i went to Safari preferences and disabled the extensions and now can view videos.
