Aug 18, 2015 8:51 PM in response to tammysalvoby elcpu,If it was an internet/ISP/router issue your husband would be having problems also. So no, it is not likely. Try a hard reboot. This is totally different than a regular off and on. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it comes up. You will not lose anything.
If it does not work go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then reboot (a regular will do). You will have to re-enter your settings (Wi-Fi, etc.) but you will not lose any data.
