Specifically, the issue appears to be the browser you are using. Can you try a different browser to download iTunes.exe?

Nothing. The download progress doesn't even start.

The last version of iTunes to support Windows XP SP3 and Windows Vista is iTunes 12.1.2.27.

i have problem with itunes,when i try to install 12.2.2 there is code error 2503 ,i have windows 10;it is necessary for me itunes because i have ipad,but i don't know what to do...help me,,  thanks

If you can't install or update iTunes for Windows - Apple Support

Try repairing the Windows Installer Service.
