In your previous topic asking this same question, you were asked if your graphics card had been programmed with Mac ROM code.  Graphics cards marketed for use in PCs won't function in your Power Mac, because they're not programmed for such compatibility.  Some cards can have their EEPROM chip reprogrammed with a Mac ROM, but it depends on the specific manufacturer and whether a compatible Mac ROM was ever made available for download to do so.  Your card has an nVidia GeForce GPU, but it's not manufactured by nVidia.  It's manufactured by EVGA, under license from nVidia.  Search the web for info about programming graphics cards for use in a Mac.  You'll find a couple of web sites.
