From you question, it sounds like some songs from iTunes will not sync to your iPod because the files could not be located. If this is the situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the steps outlined in the attached article below to help resolve the issue.

Thank you for the extra information about the music in your iTunes library. When you try to play the music that will not sync in iTunes on your computer, does it play without issue? Was the music that will not sync purchased from iTunes, from a CD, or did it come from another source?

Thank you for getting in touch, all the tracks play fine in iTunes on the computer and they were copied from cds.
