Q: My iPod Classic 160g won't sync. Says disc not available and has a 1347 error.

I recently cleaned up my iTunes library which resulted in a reduction in songs from over 10,000 to just over 5,000 which uses about 90G.  I've tried to sync my

iPod Classic 160G to reflect my new library and it first says it's over capacity by 20G then has a  'the disc is not available' message.  I tried to restore it but

after starting the process it says it can't be restored with a 'unknown error occurred(1437).  I've search the apple site and can't find what the error is?  Could

someone provide some help please.
