Just plain LOOKUP() will work well for you. LOOKUP() will settle for a close match so each item in your popup needs to be in your lookup table.
I did this on my Mac so your view will be a little different. this formula can be filled across and down.
LOOKUP() is very useful if you want to return a value given a range. i.e. between 1-3 "good", between 3-5 "ok", etc..

I find that building formulas by tapping on the elements is much easier than typing.
I should have mentioned that once you have the formula working in B2 (in my example) you can fill it down and then fill across to bring the rest of the info over.

ps is it "There alma honey" or "the real mahoney"? You have one of those ids taht shift on me.
